Miguel Puentes has extensive experience in software development, currently serving as a Software Development Team Lead at Paycom since October 2018, where previous roles included Software Developer III and Software Developer II. Prior to this, Miguel worked at Socorro ISD from June 2011 to October 2018 as a Software Engineer and Web System Administrator, contributing to significant cost savings for the District through the development and maintenance of web applications while being responsible for training new developers and leading projects.
