Mike B.

Mike B. has extensive experience in software development and design, currently serving as the Manager of Software Development at Paycom since March 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing websites, CRM leads, and acquisition efforts. Prior to this role, Mike B. held positions such as Software Development Supervisor and Lead Marketing Web Developer at the same company. In addition to this, Mike B. owned and operated Mike Brooks Design from May 2006 to April 2023. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. and as a General Manager at Chili's, where a progression from Buss Boy to management role was achieved. Mike B. obtained a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Oklahoma and is currently pursuing a degree in Web Design and Development at Francis Tuttle Technology Center.
