Monica Ayala

Monica Ayala has extensive experience in client relations and sales, currently serving as a Sales Executive at Paycom since 2013, where the focus is on cloud-based human capital management software that enhances employment processes. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Mental Health Clinician at Advocate Program, Inc. from 2005 to 2014, providing counseling and coaching aimed at promoting mental and emotional well-being. Monica holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Master of Science from Florida International University, completing these degrees between 2008 and 2013.
