Monica Johnson

Monica Johnson is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in strategic positioning and product marketing at Paycom since June 2013. As Supervisor of Marketing & Advertising, Monica drove effective go-to-market strategies through extensive research and collaboration with cross-functional teams, developed brand positioning, and monitored market trends. Previous roles at Paycom include Supervisor of Product Marketing and Sr. Product Marketer, where Monica pioneered the first product marketing role and ensured accurate representation of Paycom’s offerings across various mediums. Additional experience includes serving on the board of the American Marketing Association and working as a Communications Intern at the Arts Council of Oklahoma City. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Central Oklahoma.
