Nicole Powell

Nicole Powell currently serves as the Team Leader of Sales Operations Strategy at Paycom since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter for Sales at Medical Solutions from March 2022 to April 2024 and as Area Director of Sales & Marketing at Pristine Hospitality, overseeing multiple hotel properties from August 2016 to March 2022. In this capacity, Nicole was responsible for maximizing hotel revenues through strategic occupancy and customer satisfaction initiatives. Earlier in the career, positions included Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales & Marketing Manager at T-Mobile from August 2014 to August 2016, along with a role as a Sales Representative. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a High School Diploma from Union Public Schools.
