Rachel Hittle

Rachel Hittle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and communications, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Paycom since October 2015. Hittle has held various positions within Paycom, including Sales Manager and Learning and Development Team Leader, where responsibilities included leading a team in creating client training materials and implementing certification programs. Additionally, Hittle has a strong background in broadcasting, having worked as a News Anchor/Reporter at KTEN Television and as an Assignment Editor and Associate Producer at KFOR-TV and KMBC-TV. Hittle earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas in 2013.
