Rich Hearst

Rich Hearst is an experienced Senior Network Engineer at Paycom, since July 2020, following a brief role as a Network Engineer at TEKsystems in 2020. Prior to these positions, Rich served as a Network Engineer Specialist at Chesapeake Energy from July 2003 to April 2020 and held a Network Engineer role at Conoco from 1981 to 2003. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, and Business Administration from Westminster College in Missouri, earned between 1977 and 1981.
