Richard Job

Richard Job is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client automation and IT management. Since January 2014, Richard has served as the Senior Director of Client Automation at Paycom, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives aimed at improving client engagement and satisfaction through innovative processes and cross-departmental collaboration. Prior roles at Paycom encompass Director of Data Engineering and IT Manager, overseeing both Database Administration and Client Support. Richard began a career in client support at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, contributing to distance learning efforts, and previously held supervisory and management positions at The Exchange, where responsibilities included team training, inventory management, and customer relations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and has completed a Retail Manager Academy at Cameron University.
