Rick Ferris

Rick Ferris serves as the Supervisor of IT Systems at Paycom, overseeing the NOC (24x7) Team and the IT Critical Incident Management Team since January 2020. Prior to this role, Rick held leadership positions focused on IT enterprise monitoring and critical incident management. From 1997 to 2018, Rick was a Senior IT Manager at Seagate Technology, managing Network, Storage, Unix, and Monitoring Teams across US and Singapore Business Data Centers. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Central Oklahoma and has pursued further education at Penn State University.
