Rob Magness

Rob Magness, MBA, has extensive experience in sales leadership, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Paycom since March 2016. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions within Paycom, including South and Central Regional Vice President of Sales, as well as Baltimore and Chicago Sales Manager, and Dallas Sales Representative. Rob began their career in the property management sector as a Property Manager at Association Management, Inc. from January 2008 to February 2009. Rob holds an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business (2019-2020) and a B.A. in Political Science from Texas Tech University (2003-2007).
