Robert Hendricks

Robert Hendricks is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems analysis, network administration, and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an IT Systems Analyst IV at Paycom since June 2022, Robert specializes in analyzing, designing, and supporting computer information systems while leading project design efforts and providing training. Prior to this role, Robert was the Team Leader of System Infrastructure at Paycom, overseeing the server and storage infrastructure. Robert’s previous experience includes serving as Deputy Director/Sr. Systems Engineer for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, where responsibilities included maintaining network equipment and providing high-level support. Additional roles include Network Administrator positions at MidFirst Bank and PLICO, and Computer Support Specialist at Francis Tuttle Technology Center. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Management from Southern Nazarene University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Oklahoma City Community College.
