Ron Pasque

Ron Pasque has extensive experience in client relations and sales management, currently serving as Regional Manager of Client Relations at Paycom since December 2020. Previous roles include Executive Client Relations Representative and Client Relations Representative at the same company. Before joining Paycom, Ron held positions such as Account Manager and Senior Sales Specialist at DENSO, and worked as a Wayne State Management Mentor at Wayne State University, where responsibilities included facilitating lectures and providing student support. Earlier experience includes roles as a Robotic Simulation Engineer and Machine Builder at PASLIN, and a Sales Intern at Aflac. Ron holds an M.B.A. in Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business.
