Ryan Bustamante

Ryan Bustamante is a Site Reliability Engineering Supervisor at Paycom, a position held since May 2015, previously serving as Application Support Supervisor. In this role, Ryan manages a team of over fifty Software Analysts and seven team leaders, overseeing data analysis, updates, troubleshooting for enterprise applications, and development of internal applications. Responsibilities include reviewing and recommending system modifications, as well as assisting with quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Prior to Paycom, Ryan held various roles at Love's Travel Stops, including Application Support Team Lead and Business Analyst Intern. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business in May 2015.
