Spencer Davis

Spencer Davis, PMP, currently serves as an IT Project Manager IV at Paycom, a position held since June 2022, after progressing from IT Project Manager III. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Tietsort LLC from July 2021 to June 2022, and various engineering positions at Dow from June 2017 to August 2021, where significant achievements included developing an accelerated project schedule for the Prometheus Polyethylene Glycol Project, resulting in a $20 million savings. Spencer has also worked as an Instrument Engineer II and I on significant projects, such as the Naphtha Pipeline Project. Prior to Dow, Spencer recruited for the Dean's Leadership Council at the University of Oklahoma and completed internships at Dow and ExxonMobil, gaining essential engineering experience. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, earned from 2012 to 2017.
