Steve Smola

Steve Smola is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Northern Ohio Sales Manager and previously as an Executive Sales Representative at Paycom since November 2020, Steve earned recognition as the 2021 Rookie Sales Rep of the Year and has acted as a Marketing Ambassador. Prior to Paycom, Steve worked at Dakota Software from April 2015 to October 2020, where roles included Regional Director and Account Executive, driving revenue growth and business development in compliance planning software. Earlier experience includes positions as General Manager and Outside Sales Representative at Fastenal, where Steve significantly increased branch sales, and internships at CBIZ and Marous Brothers Construction. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from John Carroll University.
