Tara Steffens, MHR, is currently the Team Leader of Corporate Philanthropy Programs at Paycom. Previously, Tara served as the Community Affairs Program Lead and Community Affairs Coordinator at Paycom, and managed the Be Fit program at the Community After School Program from 2016 to 2019. During that time, Tara coordinated physical activity and nutrition initiatives, supervised a large team, and engaged with the community through various events. Tara earned a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2016.
