Travis Reed is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Client Solutions at Paycom, where responsibilities include leading client retention efforts for over 500 clients in the Western U.S. and managing onboarding and implementation for HRIS solutions. Travis has successfully elevated team performance to the top 5 nationally in on-time delivery and achieved the first overall NPS ranking while driving strategic initiatives for improved client handoff and product adoption. Prior roles include Manager of Software Implementation and Implementation Project Manager at Paycom, as well as experience as a Senior Account Manager and Brand Catalyst at EZDrone Inc., a Baseball Player in the Northwest Independent Baseball League, and leadership positions at Tate and Tate Catering, Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co., and The Duck Store. Travis holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism - Advertising with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
