Tylar Claypool, SHRM-CP, serves as the Manager of Client Success at Paycom, having held multiple roles within the company since May 2015, including Supervisor and Team Leader. In the capacity of Senior Best Practice Professional, Tylar provided strategic consultations to high-value clients, analyzing business processes to enhance efficiency and maximize the use of Paycom tools. Prior to Paycom, Tylar worked at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2009 to 2015, where roles included Systems Analyst and CRM Administrator, focusing on technology support, communications, and digital marketing. Tylar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Oklahoma and has pursued continuing education in Project Management. Additionally, Tylar has international experience studying Business Administration and Management in Spain.
