Urmi Chakravarty is a seasoned software development professional with substantial experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Software Development Team Lead and formerly as Senior Software Developer at Paycom since April 2022, Urmi previously worked as a Software Developer I at Paycom from March 2018 to September 2019. Urmi's academic journey includes a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Kansas State University, where a role as Graduate Teaching Assistant involved instructing 75 students in Java programming and project support.
