Dr. Wayne Qian is an operations executive with extensive experience in global supply chain management, product development, and innovation across multiple industries, including recreational vehicles and automotive. Currently serving as President at JHW Assets since 2019, Dr. Qian has previously held leadership positions at companies such as Brink’s Inc, Dometic Group, and Thetford Corporation. They earned a Ph.D. in Structural Materials and Fracture Mechanics from Purdue University and hold both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a strong focus on strategic leadership and continuous improvement, Dr. Qian is a holder of nine US and European patents.
