Dave Tak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2013, they joined InterStep B.V. as the Manager Operations, overseeing a team of six internal staff and approximately 120 external personnel. Their responsibilities included sales management, recruitment, and key account management for clients such as VUmc, Engie, Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland, Strukton, and Honeywell. Dave remained with InterStep B.V. until December 2019.

In 2007, Dave Tak worked at NEXES Services as a Senior Sales & Recruitment Consultant, focusing on recruitment in the tech and IT sectors. Dave recruited and selected new employees, as well as facilitated the placement of colleagues and candidates. Additionally, from 2007 to 2010, they also served as a Tech Recruiter & Training Coordinator.

Dave Tak's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish their own companies. In 2019, they founded Codefield, which serves as a platform for developers. Dave is currently the Founder of Codefield. In the same year, they also became the Managing Consultant and Owner of Match-Lab, a role that they still hold. In 2020, they took on the position of Managing Consultant and Owner at Medfield, and in 2021, they assumed the same role at Techfield.

More recently, in 2021, they joined Payconiq as a Talent Manager on an interim basis. And in 2022, they became the Head of Talent a.i. at Yenlo. Their tenure at Yenlo lasted until July 2023. Overall, Dave Tak has demonstrated a strong background in operations management, sales, recruitment, and talent management throughout their career.
