Ashley Ferguson has more than 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles. Ashley is currently working as the SVP of Sales at Paycor. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Alight Solutions for four years. Ashley also held the position of Senior Vice President at Hodges-Mace, LLC for two years. Ashley has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as the Vice President of Sales, US at Change Healthcare. Ashley also worked at ADP for eight years, where they held various roles including Sr DVP of Benefit Services Sales, Global Enterprise Solutions and Dvp of Sales, East Division, PEO Sales. Ashley's earlier experience includes working as the Sr. DVP of Sales at AdvancedMD. Ashley has a track record of exceeding sales goals, opening new markets, and leading large sales teams.
