Bartu Ulgur is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer at PayCore since May 2021, Bartu is responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing client relationships, and expanding the client base to digital e-Money institutions and Neo-banks. Previously, as VP of Sales at NETCAD YAZILIM A.Ş., Bartu led growth initiatives in large enterprise sectors and established new revenue streams in international markets. Bartu's career includes significant roles at P3 SmartCity Partners, MAY Siber Teknoloji, D-Smart, and IBM Turkey, where responsibilities spanned operations, information management, and business development. Bartu holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BA in Chemistry from Boğaziçi University, along with executive education from prestigious institutions such as London Business School.
