Isa Caglar is an Infrastructure & Technology Director and Executive Committee Member at PayCore, where they lead IT infrastructure operations in a critical fintech environment. With over 15 years of experience, they have managed significant projects across various sectors, including Finance and Automotive, and have a strong background in system architecture and support. Previously, Isa has held key roles at Fibabanka as a Sr. System Architect and at ASEE as an Information System Manager, overseeing infrastructure teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Isa holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.
