Michelle Sena, CPP, has over 15 years of experience in operations and human resources. Since May 2010, Michelle has held various roles at Payday HCM, including Operations Assistant and Customer Service Rep-Team Lead. Prior to this, Michelle served as HR Manager at Ray's Flooring from May 2005 to April 2010. Michelle obtained the Certified Payroll Professional designation from the Albuquerque Chapter of the American Payroll Association in 2011 and graduated from Camarilo High School.
