Tom Elder

Tom Elder, CFA has extensive experience in portfolio management and vice president roles. From 2006, they worked at Payden & Rygel as an SVP, Portfolio Management. Prior to that, they served as Vice President at AIG SunAmerica Life Assurance from 2000 to 2006.

Tom Elder, CFA has a strong education background. Tom obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Tom then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their academic achievements, Tom Elder has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Tom obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in September 2014. More recently, in August 2021, they completed two courses related to responsible investment. Tom received the certifications for "Applied Responsible Investment" from the PRI Academy and "Foundations In Responsible Investment" from the UN PRI Academy.
