PayDevOps builds and operates software for banks, EMIs, payment institutions, and fintech companies. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, our team has worked inside financial institutions — we understand regulatory constraints, audit requirements, and what it takes to ship compliant systems in production.

Software Development

We design and deliver core banking software, accounting engines, and integration services for financial systems. Our focus is on cloud-native architectures built for regulated environments — FCA, PSD2, AML/KYC, CASS, and IFRS requirements are design inputs, not afterthoughts. We re-engineer legacy systems to be API-first, scalable, and audit-ready — whether that means full re-architecture or a targeted integration layer.

Accounting Consultancy

We help companies set up FI/EMI accounting from scratch: chart of accounts design, core banking configuration, double-entry ledger setup, and building the reporting pipelines that satisfy regulatory authorities. Our consultants have built accounting infrastructure for licensed payment institutions and electronic money institutions across EU and UK jurisdictions.

Operations & Support

We onboard financial products to our managed support services — taking care of your operations team and end customers. Incident management, monitoring, SLA adherence, and continuity planning handled by people who know financial operations, so your team stays focused on the product.

Bancorix — Our Flagship Product

Bancorix is an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant core banking platform for EMIs, Payment Institutions, MSBs, and crypto operators. It ships with a double-entry general ledger covering 155+ currencies and a UK FCA-compliant chart of accounts, workflow-driven compliance (KYC, payment approvals, account opening), a configurable fee engine, and a full back-office operations console. Configuration over code — no custom engineering required to launch. Production-ready from day one.
