Victor Sichero

Victor Sichero has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Victor is currently working as the CFO and Partner at Payface since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Partner and Director at Stratica Consultoria em Gestao Empresarial since April 2015. Victor also served as a Member of the board at Grupo Decio starting from March 2021. From December 2017 to February 2022, Victor was a Member of the Board at Aviva.

Before that, Victor held the role of Finance and Administrative Director - CFO at Xerox from May 2016 to December 2018. Victor also held executive positions at Fox International Channels, where they served as the Senior Vice President and CFO for Latin America from November 2013 to March 2015, and as the Senior Vice President and CFO for Brasil from July 2011 to November 2013.

Victor has international experience as well, having worked at Microsoft - USA as the Finance Director - USA from October 2008 to June 2011. Prior to that, they were the Finance and Administrative Director - CFO at Microsoft - USA from October 2004 to October 2008. Victor also has a background in finance and administration, having worked as the Finance and Administrative Director - CFO at GE Power System (Ge Hydro Inepar) from February 2001 to October 2004. Victor started their career at GE Power System (Ge Hydro Inepar) as the Finance Planning Analysis Manager from September 1998 to February 2001.

Victor's earlier experiences include working as the Financial Control Manager at Motorola Mobility from August 1995 to August 1998, and as the Budget Manager at Eldorado from March 1992 to July 1995.

Victor Sichero's education history begins in 1985 when they enrolled at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Victor pursued a degree in business administration and completed their studies in 1989. Following this, in 2002, Victor attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they earned an MBA International degree with a specialization in Finance in 2003. Most recently, in 2021, they enrolled at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, where they are currently undertaking an advanced course for board members, known as "Curso avançado de conselheiro."
