Rupinder Kaur

Rupinder Kaur has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Rupinder started their career in 2015 as a Junior Software Tester at Wawanesa Insurance, where they gained foundational skills in software testing. In 2016, they joined Bell as a QA Tester, where they continued to develop their testing abilities until 2017. After that, they joined Alterna Savings as a QA Analyst for a year, further expanding their knowledge in quality assurance.

In 2018, Rupinder joined QA Consultants as a QA Automation Engineer, where they focused on automation testing. During their time there, they gained expertise in automation tools and techniques until 2019. In the same year, Rupinder joined Payfare Inc. as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead. Rupinder demonstrated leadership skills and successfully managed the quality assurance team until they were promoted to the role of Quality Engineering Manager in 2021. Currently, Rupinder serves as the Senior Quality Engineering Manager at Payfare Inc. where they oversee quality assurance operations.

Rupinder Kaur obtained a diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Seneca College in 2015. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Software Security Practitioner - Quality Assurance from Security Compass in December 2021, and in Model based Testing Training from Prof. Dr. Holger Schlingloff in February 2019.
