Melissa Rauch

Melissa Rauch is an experienced professional in account management and operations, currently serving as the Enterprise Team Lead and Account Manager at Payflex since March 2022. In this role, Melissa manages merchant relationships during the onboarding process, oversees partner opportunity pipelines, and collaborates with sales teams to optimize new partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Deefollt Pub and Grill, overseeing daily operations, staff hiring and training, and event planning. Previous roles also include Gallery Director on cruise ships, Travel Advisor and Travel Agent at Checkout Travel and Pentravel respectively, and Manager at Earth Restaurant.
