Penn Gaines

Penn Gaines has over 23 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the human capital management and technology industries. Penn is currently serving as the CEO of Payfluence HCM since October 2021. Prior to this, Penn was the Vice President at isolved from August 2020 to September 2021. Penn also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Performance HCM from October 2006 to July 2020 and as the Vice President at NuVox from July 1998 to September 2006.

Penn Gaines completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from The Citadel from 1984 to 1988. Penn further pursued their education and went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business, where they studied from 1989 to 1991.
