Ian Gusman

Ian Gusman is the Head of Finance at PayFuture, where they leverage their extensive background in financial management, regulatory compliance, and FinTech innovation. Previously, they established and led the finance function at Alunafi, providing strategic insights and optimizing cost efficiency while achieving significant regulatory milestones. Ian was also a key member of PwC Malta’s Banking and Financial Institutions Advisory Team, focusing on vendor due diligence and governance reviews. Earlier in their career, they contributed to the MFSA's FinTech and Innovation Team, shaping regulatory frameworks, and hold advanced degrees from the University of Malta and University of London, specializing in accountancy and financial law.
