Jeff Hurst

Jeff Hurst is an accomplished senior executive with over 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry across a broad variety of responsibilities and venues. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven track record of delivering financial and operational results in a meaningful and sustainable manner, while simultaneously building a strong industry reputation for principled leadership and personal integrity. In his most recent role, Mr. Hurst was Executive Vice President & Chief Client Success Officer for Waystar, providing senior executive leadership for Waystar’s end-to-end client experience for 18K+ clients and direct executive accountability for client success management, solution adoption, client support, and client operations. Prior to Waystar, he was Senior Vice President for Revenue Cycle Management and President of RevWorks at Cerner Corporation, providing senior executive leadership for Cerner’s Revenue Cycle strategy and business unit (technology and services), including strategic planning, product development, business development, services operations, and client relationship management. Mr. Hurst also served 19 years on the provider side of the industry with AdventHealth Central Florida (formerly Florida Hospital), where he held a variety of executive roles, including Senior Vice President & Senior Finance Officer and Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. He is a senior advisor to several healthcare companies and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In addition to 24 years in the healthcare industry, Mr. Hurst served 10 years in the United States Air Force with the Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance Agency, and earned his Master of Business Administration from Creighton University and his Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
