Brian Grover

Brian Grover has a strong background in business analysis and implementation management. Brian most recently worked as a Senior Business Analyst at PayIt starting in June 2023. Prior to that, from June 2021 to June 2023, they held the same role at Sovereign Sportsman Solutions. Brian also served as a Senior Implementation Manager at AbsenceSoft from April 2020 to June 2021, where they worked closely with customers and managed project delivery. From September 2017 to March 2020, they worked as a Professional Services Consultant III at Aspira. Before that, they gained experience as a Professional Services Consultant and Associate Technical Consultant at ACTIVE Network, LLC from June 2016 to September 2017 and from September 2014 to June 2016, respectively. In these roles, Brian led implementations, collaborated with government clients, and developed operational support documents.

Brian Grover completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems and Technology from The University of Kansas, where they attended from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several certifications. These include "Cert Prep: Agile Analysis (IIBA®-AAC)" and "Learning Digital Business Analysis" from LinkedIn, received in February 2022. Brian also acquired certifications in "Requirements Elicitation for Business Analysts: Interviews" and "Studying for the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)®" in January 2022. Prior to these, in July 2021, Brian obtained a certification in "Business Analysis Foundations" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations," "Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques," and "Agile Requirements Foundations" from LinkedIn in June 2021. Brian's earliest certification, "Certified Leave Management Specialist," was received in April 2020 from the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC).
