Julie Cain

Julie Cain has worked in the technology industry since 2003. At Garmin International, they held the roles of Aviation Systems Engineer, Aviation Systems Engineer/Program Manager, and Aviation Software Engineer, where they provided expertise in defining, reviewing, verifying, and validating requirements at system, sub-system, and software levels, as well as embedded software development for sensor based products. In 2017, they joined PayIt, where they served as Project Delivery Manager and Scrum Master, coordinating software development plans and resource allocation for client delivery projects, and leading Agile activities for scrum teams. Julie also served as Quality Assurance Test Engineer, manually testing web and mobile-based solutions for government financial technology.

Julie Cain received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University in 2002. Prior to that, they attended Louisburg High School from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Developing Your Emotional Intelligence and Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman.
