Kait B.

Kait B. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they started their career at Kruse and Muer, where they held multiple positions including Bartender, Server, Supervisor, Carry-Out, and Host. In 2011, they became a Carryout Manager at Kruse and Muer Roadhouse until 2013. In 2014, they worked at Toyota North America as a Production Planning Co-Op, where they focused on solving production challenges and led a team to create standardized work elements. Kait also aided in morale-boosting activities during the company's transition to Plano, Texas. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Marriott Hotels as a Supervisor and Server/Bartender. In 2017, they joined RXA as an Account/Project Manager, responsible for coordinating software programs and providing training. The following year, they worked as a Sales Representative at RNDC Michigan. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Server/Bartender at The Fed Community. In 2020, they joined RXA again, this time as a Senior Project Manager, managing customer relationships and providing training and documentation for clients. In 2021, they joined Phenom as a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise, managing a $3+ million book of business and specializing in AI products and business reviews. Most recently, they have been working at PayIt as a Client Success Manager since 2023.

Kait B. began their education in 2008 at Oakland Technical School, where they completed the Cosmetology Program and became a Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. Kait then pursued an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Oakland Community College from 2010 to 2013. Afterward, Kait B. attended the University of Kentucky from 2014 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Kait B. has acquired the T.I.P.S Certified from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program) in January 2017. Moreover, in 2022, they received the PHENOM AI CHAMPION CERTIFICATION from Phenom, as well as the Phenom Certified Power User certification. Kait B. is also a State Board Licensed Cosmetologist, as granted by the State Board of Michigan.
