Marketing Manager - End-user Adoption at PayIt

Meredith Luker has over 10 years of experience in the customer service and marketing industries. Meredith began their career in 2007 as a Senior Server/Server Leader at Jose Pepper's 143rd, LLC, where they led a team of up to 15 servers and trained and mentored new servers. In 2010, they worked as a Server at Cafe Del Rio. From 2011 to 2012, Meredith was a Property Manager and Office and Marketing Associate at Brentwood Pointe Apartment Homes. During this time, they ensured that the 60+ unit apartment complex maintained 100% capacity, collected rent, and produced marketing materials. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Student Graphic Designer at Pittsburg State University, where they used the university's brand standards to produce marketing materials for the College of Technology. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Proposal Specialist at Black & Veatch, where they received and reviewed RFPs from clients and set internal deadlines. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Proposal Manager at CentralSquare Technologies, where they oversaw the development of a centralized proposals process. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, Meredith was a Product Marketing Manager, Senior Proposal Manager, and Proposal Manager at PayIt. As a Proposal Manager, they designed and implemented a proposal process across multiple product lines and developed and maintained standard content.

Meredith Luker's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Graphic Communications Management from Pittsburg State University, obtained between 2010 and 2012. Meredith also obtained an AAS in Graphic Design from Johnson County Community College between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Blue Valley High School. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM) from the Product Marketing Alliance in August 2022, and Product Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2021.
