Michael Plunkett is the Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer at PayIt, a company focused on simplifying doing business with governmental entities. With a background in finance and consulting, Michael has held various positions in companies such as Safe Fleet and Quinn Capital LLC. Michael has also been actively involved with the American Legion Boys State of Missouri program for 38 consecutive years.
