Phillip S. has an extensive work experience in the HR and recruitment field, beginning with their role as Senior Healthcare Recruiter for Maxim Healthcare Services in 2009. In 2013, they moved to Experis as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they became the in-house recruiting SME for the Midwest markets. In 2015, Phillip joined Modis as Business Development Manager and Executive Recruiter, developing large accounts and placing skilled technology professionals. In 2016, they moved to ZOLOZ as People Operations, building PeopleOps processes, systems, and teams at scale. In 2018, Phillip became Co-Founder and COO of Swell Times before joining BacklotCars as People Consultant, the first retained people hire for the company. In the same year, they joined PayIt as Director, People Operations and later Senior Director, People Operations, where they managed the Recruiting & Candidate Experience functions. In 2020, Phillip became a CPOHQ Member.
