Theckla Spainhower

Theckla Spainhower has held multiple positions in government and politics since 2009. Theckla began their career as a Legislative Assistant in the Office of Representative Casey Guernsey and the Office of Representative Ellen Brandom in the Missouri House of Representatives. Theckla then moved to the Missouri Senate, where they held the roles of Legislative Assistant, Acting Chief of Staff, and Chief of Staff in the Office of State Senator Bob Onder. In 2013, they joined the Missouri Education Reform Council as a Governmental Affairs Assistant. Theckla also worked as a Campaign Staff Member for Dave Spence for Governor in 2012. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Cerberus Enterprises, LLC, where they provided senior-level political advising and campaign consultations and coordinated fundraising events, civic engagements, and charitable functions. In 2022, they began their current role as Government Relations Manager at PayIt.

Theckla Spainhower attended Columbia College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
