Zamran John

Zamran John has over 15 years of work experience in the Quality Assurance field. Zamran began their career in 2004 as a QA/Support and Release Analyst at CCH, where they conducted quality assurance reviews of various products, and supported customers via telephone with solving solution-related issues. In 2006, they moved to Cerner Corporation as a Test Designer, developing and planning test cases to validate the quality of solutions, utilizing in-depth understanding of solutions requirements to create documentation used in testing solution/application by the offshore team. In 2008, they joined OptumInsight as a Sr. IT Quality Analyst, managing and training employees, testing products, and leading data projects. In 2012, they began working at Upperlake Processing as a QA Analyst, performing detailed quality analysis and effectively managing software releases to production. Finally, in 2018, they joined PayIt as a QA Engineer.

Zamran John attended Wichita State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
