Amy Pardee

Amy Pardee serves as General Counsel at PayJoy since November 2025 and contributes as a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School, co-teaching an experiential course focused on in-house legal counsel for technology companies. Previously, Amy held the General Counsel position at Narmi and various roles at Square, including Global Governance Counsel and Lead International Counsel, where responsibility included supporting international expansion and regulatory challenges. Additionally, experience includes an associate position at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in M&A and Private Equity, along with several law clerk roles at Cisco, Mayer Brown, and Legal Momentum. Academically, Amy earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
