Max César

Max César has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Student Assistant at Universidad de San Andrés, where they provided alumni attention and managed academic databases. In 2009, they became an Extra Curricular Activities Coordinator at the same university, organizing courses and analyzing alumni demand. During this time, they also served as an Economic History Assistant Professor, conducting tutorial classes and offering academic consultancy.

In 2010, Max César joined ICBC Argentina as a Junior Financial Analyst, specializing in Asset & Liability Management and Money Markets. Max later became a Semi Senior Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for liquidity risk analysis, balance sheet strategic management, and stress testing development.

In 2015, Max César briefly worked as a Summer Associate at A.T. Kearney before transitioning to McKinsey & Company in 2016. At McKinsey, they held the positions of Associate and Junior Engagement Manager, gaining valuable experience in consulting and project management.

In 2019, Max César joined Urbvan as the VP of Strategy and Planning, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives. Max later became the VP of Operations and ultimately the Chief Operating Officer. At Urbvan, they played a key role in driving growth and optimizing business processes.

In 2022, Max César took on the role of Mentor at Endeavor, where they provided guidance and support to aspiring entrepreneurs. Max also joined PayJoy as the Director of Operations, and later transitioned to the role of Director of Global Operations in 2023.

Max César holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de 'San Andrés' obtained in 2009. Max continued their education at the same institution, completing a Master's degree in Economics in 2010. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Max pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
