Loren DeBaun has extensive experience in merchandise planning and allocation, currently serving as the Director of Merchandise Planning & Allocation at Payless ShoeSource since April 2010, following roles as Manager of International Demand Planning and Allocation and Allocation Manager for the North America Division. Prior to this, Loren held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Resource Center for Independent Living from October 2006 to April 2010. Loren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a minor in Economics from Kansas State University.
