Steve Patton

Steve Patton is an accomplished professional in the retail merchandising sector, currently serving as SVP Global Merchandising at Payless ShoeSource since February 2018, overseeing all merchandising functions and budgets for North and Latin America. With a long tenure at Payless starting in 1993, Steve has held numerous key positions, including Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Payless Latin America Joint Venture, where responsibilities included capital and operating plan approvals, and Vice President for International Merchandising, where leadership of a dedicated 52-member team contributed to significant international sales growth. Steve's diverse experience encompasses various strategic roles in merchandise planning, allocation, and team management, culminating in expertise that has consistently driven revenue and operational success throughout a career spanning over three decades.
