Ares Mitchell is an experienced college graduate currently serving as the Manager of Interactive Learning and Design at Paylocity, where they have developed strategies and best practices to enhance program effectiveness. With over nine years in training, including five years in management, Ares has successfully managed various key programs, supporting over 1,000 Operation employees. They actively mentor their team and lead a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative within Learning and Development. Prior to their current role, Ares held multiple positions within Paylocity, contributing significantly to the company's learning and development efforts.
