Jared Collins

Jared Collins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in implementation, operations, and customer service management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Implementation at Paylocity since November 2023, Jared previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Calero-MDSL, where responsibilities included leading a global Shared Services team and achieving significant revenue goals. Prior to this, Jared amassed over 19 years at Paychex, culminating in roles such as Senior Manager overseeing Enterprise and Mid-Market Implementation and Branch Manager, where a strong focus on employee engagement and customer satisfaction resulted in substantial improvements and industry recognition. Jared holds an MBA from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hartwick College.
