Jon White possesses significant experience in leadership and project management across various organizations. As an Executive Team Leader at Target, Jon successfully led initiatives to reduce store shortages and ensured OSHA compliance while managing a team and overseeing daily operations. Transitioning to Paycom, Jon held multiple roles, including Manager of Client Solutions and Executive Transition Specialist, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, optimizing platform setups, and facilitating significant payroll/HRIS implementations. Currently, Jon serves as an Implementation Project Manager at Paylocity and previously worked as an HCM Solutions Consultant at Calibrate HCM. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Appalachian State University.
