Mark Donile

Mark Donile, MS CS, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and reinsurance underwriting. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Paylocity since December 2021, Mark has previously developed .NET microservices at nvisia and contributed to a reinsurance pricing tool at RenaissanceRe, where responsibilities included managing $30M of business and negotiating contracts with C-suite executives. With a solid foundation in underwriting spanning over a decade across various esteemed companies, Mark has consistently demonstrated the ability to exceed performance goals, cultivate agency relationships, and develop effective insurance products. Mark holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
