Mark Oare

Mark Oare is an experienced global sales leader with a background spanning multiple industries, including Human Capital Management Software, Cyber Security, Payments, and Marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Private Equity at Paylocity, Mark has distinguished themselves in full cycle sales and business development, achieving significant growth metrics and multiple President's Club awards. They also founded The Athena Group, an early-stage consulting organization focusing on strategy and funding for startups, and previously held executive roles at isolved and TokenEx. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, where they completed their studies in 2006.
